Berlitz Pakistan is seeking enthusiastic and confident English Language Instructors for a full-time, project-based position in Lahore. The role involves delivering immersive language training sessions using the internationally recognized Berlitz Methodology, which focuses on practical communication skills and conversational teaching. Instructors will engage learners in a positive, interactive environment that fosters language development and builds confidence. Candidates with a strong command of English, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for teaching are ideal. Although prior teaching experience is preferred, it is not mandatory as thorough training will be provided. This position requires dedication and energy to help students develop their spoken and written English abilities through well-planned lessons and dynamic classroom management. The instructor will work Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM for a duration of three months. This role does not involve managing a team but emphasizes direct interaction with students to create enjoyable and effective learning experiences aligned with Berlitzs global standards.
Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging and effective English language lessons using the Berlitz Methodology to improve students' communication and comprehension skills.
Create a welcoming and interactive classroom environment that encourages active participation and confidence building among learners.
Adapt teaching techniques and materials to meet the diverse learning styles and proficiency levels of students.
Manage classroom activities efficiently to maximize learning time and maintain discipline in a positive manner.
Employ conversational teaching strategies that emphasize practical language use and immersion.
Provide constructive feedback to students to support their language development and motivate progress.
Maintain accurate attendance and progress records for all students.
Collaborate with Berlitz trainers and staff to continuously enhance teaching methods and professional skills.
Participate in training sessions to master the Berlitz Methodology and apply best practices in instruction.
Support learners in overcoming challenges related to language acquisition by fostering patience, encouragement, and adaptability.
