We are seeking a professional Receptionist / Office Coordinator to play a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Word, Google Drive, Email Support, Excel, and have excellent written and spoken English skills. The role does not require travel.

This role is based in our centrally-located office in Bahria Town Phase 7, and requires a female professional. The ideal candidate would be located nearby.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for all engagements.
  • Communication Management: Draft, format, and proofread emails, letters, notices, and other official documents using Microsoft Word. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.
  • Front Desk Management: This would entail answering all queries in the form of calls, e-mails, Whatsapp messages, and walk-in queries professionally, and directing them towards the designated senior consultant or CEO for further handling.
  • Document Management: Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of documents. Ensure all documents are up-to-date and accessible.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
