Overview & Responsibilities

Position: ERP, Accounting and Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support End-Users:

    • Provide 1st level support via help desk for ERP NAV modules (Finance, Procurement, Payroll).
    • Identify and resolve problems, escalating to 2nd level support when necessary.
    • Keep users informed about issue resolution progress.
  • User Management:

    • Manage user permissions, roles, and groups within ERP modules.
  • Training & Documentation:

    • Assisted ERP system administrator in creating user guides and training materials.
    • Plan and deliver onsite/virtual training sessions for end-users.
    • Update and maintain ICT ERP technical documentation and configuration procedures.
  • System Maintenance:

    • Support the deployment of patches and new releases of ERP NAV applications.
    • Test ERP functionalities and conduct end-user training on new features.
    • Contribute to the acceptance process of new releases into production.
  • Project Participation:

    • Participate in special ERP projects and systems testing as required.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or equivalent (ACCA preferred).
  • Relevant experience in accounting and ICT, preferably with ERP systems.
  • Good understanding of ERP modules (Purchase, Finance, Inventory, Payroll).
  • Knowledge of Power BI reporting tools (desired).

Skills and Competencies:

  • Fluency in English.
  • Full proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong systematic problem-solving skills and access to relevant technical data.
  • Experience providing technical support remotely.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
