Job and Responsibilities:
- To work as part of an audit team to coordinate with client and audit department resources.
- Actively engage in the planning of the audit, as well as the actual fieldwork at interim and final stages of statutory audit
- Should be capable of preparing projected financial statements.
- Bookkeeping Skills in accounting software will be an add-on.
- Supervising and coaching junior members of staff to help them realize their full potential Mentoring and guiding junior employees
- Be responsible for group administration, training, overall evaluation, and counseling of subordinates
Requirements:
- Proven work experience at likewise position (At least 1 year or more);
- Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems;
- Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships;
- Strong leadership and personnel management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must.
