This position demands a high level of expertise in financial reporting, audit procedures, and team management within the assurance function. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for producing audit files adhering to the standards set by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). The role is central to maintaining audit quality and delivering reliable assurance services to ZRSCo CA’s clients. Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and manage audit assignments from initial planning through to fieldwork and final reporting.
Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS and relevant accounting standards.
Compile and prepare audit reports and related documentation for review by ICAP and senior management.
Lead and supervise an audit team of three members, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
Develop audit strategies and identify key risk areas requiring thorough examination during the audit process.
Maintain effective communication with clients to clarify audit scope, gather necessary information, and resolve issues.
Coordinate audit activities to ensure timely completion of assignments that meet quality standards.
Review and evaluate the work of junior staff to ensure compliance with firm policies, audit standards, and regulatory requirements.
Utilize Microsoft Office applications to organize audit data, prepare reports, and streamline audit processes.
Stay current with changes in financial reporting standards, auditing standards, and relevant legislation affecting audit engagements.
Support the continuous improvement of audit methodologies and tools within the assurance team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams where necessary to integrate audit activities and manage client deliverables efficiently.
