Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients to the Therapy Center
  • Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate staff members
  • Schedule appointments and confirm appointments with clients
  • Maintain client records and files
  • Process payments and handle billing
  • Track accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Prepare financial reports
  • Monitor petty cash
  • Manage school supplies and inventory
  • Provide administrative support to the Therapy Center staff

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • B. Com or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • 1+ year of experience in accounting
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
