Requirements

Receive and supervise incoming products and ensure quality and standards of these products and supplies are as per the regulatory requirements.
Ensure maintenance of receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations as per the warehouse policies and SOP of Good Warehouse Keeping.
Ensure products and supplies are stored in the correct manner as per standard warehouse running documents and procedures.
Arrange for distribution of the products and supplies to various destinations by picking, sorting, packing, and dispatching of products.
Analysis of inventory levels, inventory positioning, correction in inventory system, verify accuracy, and troubleshoot immediate inventory inaccuracies.
Check GRN and quality inspections of products which include breakage, expiry, nonmalleable, shortage, batch checking and total quality reconciliation in warehouse and storeroom.
Ensure Loading and unloading of all incoming vehicle as per Good Storage Practices.
Ensure that the deviations from the Quality Standards and SOPs are reported, investigated, and recorded.

Skills Required

Doctor of Pharmacy or related field, or equivalent training, fellowship, and 0-1 year of work experience
Strong understanding of product portfolio
Self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to get hands-on in a complex operational environment
Ability to manage teams and work on tight deadlines
