HR Manager

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures in line with company guidelines and labor regulations.
Oversee employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
Manage the HR information systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and streamlined HR operations.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives to support workforce development and performance improvement.
Coordinate with management and team leaders to assess workforce needs and plan appropriate staffing strategies.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company standards.
Advise and guide managers on HR best practices and employee performance management.
Monitor and report on HR metrics to track employee turnover, satisfaction, and engagement levels.
Facilitate communication between employees and management to support organizational objectives.
Drive initiatives that improve employee retention, motivation, and productivity across all departments.
Supervise and mentor the HR team to maintain high service standards and effective HR delivery for the 300-person workforce.
