Area Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Area Sales Manager to manage B2B sales operations in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring timely recovery, and maintaining strong relationships with shopkeepers in local markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with shopkeepers and retailers in the local market.
Promote and sell car and solar batteries to B2B clients.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Ensure timely recovery of payments from clients.
Provide feedback and market insights to improve products and services.
Manage daily sales operations, including order placement, recovery and delivery follow-ups.
Keep records of sales, invoices, and recovery transactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automobile, oil, FMCG, or solar industries.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Knowledge of local markets and experience dealing with shopkeepers.
Strong target achievement mindset and ability to handle pressure.
Basic knowledge of sales documentation and record-keeping.
Proficiency in local languages will be a plus.

Preferred Experience:

2+ years of sales experience in industries such as automobile, oil, FMCG, or solar is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
