Salesman and Accounted for pharmacy

Bashir and Sons Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Salesman and Accounted for pharmacy professional with at least five years of experience to join our team. This role focuses on driving sales efforts while managing the purchasing and inventory accounts of the pharmacy. The ideal candidate understands the pharmaceutical industry's unique requirements and can effectively balance customer service with inventory control and procurement responsibilities. You will work closely with the management team to ensure smooth sales operations and accurate account management without managing other staff members directly. In this role, you use your skills to optimize sales performance, maintain precise records of stock transactions, and coordinate with suppliers for timely purchases. Your experience helps maintain accurate financial documentation related to purchasing and sales, supporting the pharmacys compliance with financial and regulatory standards. You contribute significantly to the businesss growth by ensuring customers receive excellent service and the pharmacy remains well-stocked and financially transparent.
Responsibilities

Engage customers proactively to understand their needs and recommend appropriate pharmaceutical products effectively.
Manage sales transactions accurately while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales, purchases, and inventory to ensure financial accountability.
Coordinate purchasing activities, including ordering stock from suppliers and verifying delivery accuracy.
Monitor inventory levels regularly and communicate restocking needs to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant pharmaceutical regulations and company procedures related to sales and purchasing.
Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable related to purchase orders and sales transactions.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Prepare and submit reports on sales performance, stock status, and purchasing activities to management.
Stay updated on new pharmaceutical products and market trends to better inform purchasing and sales strategies.
