Base6 is seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer with at least 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator and has a modern design sensibility to develop compelling visual content. This role focuses on social media posts, branding, and promotional materials, requiring the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing graphics that engage the target audience effectively. The Graphic Designer works independently and collaboratively within project deadlines to deliver high-quality design solutions.
The position does not involve managing a team, but it demands excellent time management and the capability to handle multiple design tasks simultaneously. The candidate must possess a creative mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt design concepts to meet evolving brand standards and marketing goals. Strong communication skills are essential to understand project requirements and collaborate with other departments within Base6 to produce outstanding graphic content.
Responsibilities
- Create original and innovative graphic designs for social media, branding, and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Develop creative concepts that align with client needs and marketing strategies while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project objectives and deliver visual content that drives engagement.
- Manage multiple design projects efficiently under tight deadlines without compromising quality or creativity.
- Make revisions to designs based on feedback from stakeholders and continuously improve visual outputs.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools to ensure modern and effective design solutions.
- Prepare final artwork files and ensure designs are optimized for various digital and print formats.
- Maintain organized design files and documentation for easy access and future reference.
- Ensure the consistency of visual identity across all projects and platforms representing the company's brand.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to clarify requirements and provide progress updates.
