Responsibilities

Manage and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
Prepare, review, and maintain financial records including invoices, billing statements, and expense reports.
Utilize Excel spreadsheets effectively, applying formulas and functions to organize and analyze financial data.
Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and reconciliation of account statements.
Maintain precise documentation and filing of accounting records in both English and Urdu languages.
Coordinate with suppliers and customers to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
Support the finance team in daily bookkeeping and administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations in all accounting activities.
