Barcha Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispenser to join our healthcare team. The Dispenser will be responsible for accurately dispensing medications to customers, ensuring compliance with pharmacy standards and regulations. In this role, you will manage and oversee a team of 10 persons, coordinating their activities to maintain efficient pharmacy operations. This position requires at least one year of relevant experience in medication dispensing within a pharmacy setting. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, advising customers on medication usage, and supporting the pharmacys operational needs. You will ensure that all dispensed medication is properly labeled and that safety protocols are strictly followed. Strong leadership skills are essential, as you will be responsible for supervising a team and fostering a productive and professional work environment.
Responsibilities

Accurately dispense prescription medications to customers according to prescriptions and pharmacy guidelines.
Manage and supervise a team of 10 dispensers and support staff to ensure smooth pharmacy operations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and pharmacy policies related to medication dispensing and storage.
Educate customers on proper medication usage, potential side effects, and answer any questions regarding their prescriptions.
Maintain accurate records of dispensed medications and inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Coordinate daily workflow among team members to optimize efficiency and service delivery.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to dispensing in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure all medications are properly labeled and packaged in accordance with safety standards.
Monitor and enforce hygiene and safety protocols within the dispensing area.
Train and mentor new team members, providing guidance on pharmacy procedures and customer service.
Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to support patient care and medication management.
