We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology to join our team as an Entry-Level IT Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their computer systems and software applications.
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person, resolving hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose network connectivity problems, including LAN and Wi-Fi issues.
- Assist with user account management, password resets, and access control.
- Educate and train users on basic hardware and software usage.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT support services.
