Bakery Chef

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Bakery Chef to join our team in Lahore on a full-time, on-site basis. This role focuses on preparing a variety of bakery and pastry items for buffet service, events, and special occasions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bakery and pastry production, demonstrating expertise in creating breads, cakes, pastries, and desserts with attention to quality and presentation. This position operates during the morning shift and offers a competitive salary range.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and produce a wide range of bakery and pastry products including breads, cakes, pastries, and desserts.
- Ensure high standards of finishing and presentation for all bakery items.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards throughout the production process.
- Operate bakery equipment efficiently and safely.
- Plan production schedules to meet the demands of buffet services, events, and special occasions.
- Monitor and control wastage to optimize resource use and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and event teams to ensure timely delivery of bakery products.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in bakery and pastry production.
- Proven skills in baking breads, cakes, pastries, and desserts.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to operate bakery equipment competently.
- Experience in production planning and wastage control.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
