We need an enthusiastic Events Associate who can communicate with internal and external teams responsibly and provide logistical support for promotional events.(virtual & on campus)
Must be proficient in handling Social media and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Identify the client’s requirements and expectations for each event.
- Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.
- Maintain event budgets.
- Book venues, entertainers, photographers, and schedule speakers.
- Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the client’s standards.
- Assess an event’s overall success and submit findings.
Requirements:
- Enthusiastic Events Associate who can communicate with internal and external teams responsibly.
- Can provide logistical support for promotional events. (virtual & on campus)
- Must be proficient in handling Social media.
- Must have have excellent communication skills.
- At least1 years’ experience as an event coordinator.
- Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
- Outstanding vendor management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Media Mangement or Design is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Education & key Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Media Managements or Design from an accredited institutions is preferred.
- Possesses strong communication skills
- Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
