• Manages and monitors the recruitment and induction process of the Company.
  • Maintains and updates the position vacancy information to the Chief Operating Officer.
  • Works cooperatively with Management, to advertise and recruit all vacant positions within approved staffing levels.
  • Developing staffing strategies and implementing programs and plans.
  •  Identifying and cultivating effective and appropriate sources for employee for all job levels.
  • Ensures that all new employees are inducted efficiently and professionally, also responsible for managing induction support material.
  • Maintains up to date position / job descriptions for all Company positions and ensures current versions are stored on employee files.
  • As directed by Chief Operating Officer, manages the development and implementation of all Human Resources policies and procedures with consistent best practice principles to ensure the Company is promoted as a progressive modern employer.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and development of HR strategy and performance in cooperation with the Management.   
  • Prepares and delivers appropriate training as required to the Executives, Supervisors and Workers.
  • Ensures that the Company’s training objectives are attend in the view of Company goals and objectives.
  • Creating employee training and organizational development programs.
  • Ensure training record of each employee is up to day.
  • Briefing Management on the quarterly HR progress and upcoming HR related projects and objectives.
  • Insures that the human resources data is kept up to date at all times.
  • Liaise with other Departmental Heads so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purposes and achievements.
  • Monitoring, measuring and reporting on HR issues, opportunities, development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales to the Management.
  • Ensuring job descriptions for every employee position is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Conducting performance appraisal and monitoring employee attitudes, productivity, and performance outcomes.
  • Recruiting and retaining top quality employees for each department and conducting interviews.
  • Creating compensation plans and providing administration for employee welfares.
  • Insuring that every aspect of human resources incorporate the vision, values, and culture of the organization.
  • Other suitable duties as required and in line with the position competencies.
