• Managing a territory with several regional key accounts and strategic growth markets and grow the sales of BH Group portfolio products within the assigned market segments or target customers.
  • Developing and implement strategic account plans that set annual objectives and budgets for accounts and effectively manage business relationships with key customers.
  • Monitoring the overall market situation, customer activities, and competitive activities and how they affect our business.
  • Establishing and maintaining multi-level relationships with customers and work cross-functionally within BH Group Portfolio.
  • Developing an in-depth understanding of competing materials and the complete value chain of key markets and customers.
  • Working closely with technical service personnel to develop and commercialize new products.
