BA Communication Services seeks an experienced and skilled Chef to lead and manage the kitchen operations. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook daily meals including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks according to household schedules.
Create and cook diverse dishes specializing in Pakistani, Chinese, and Continental cuisines with attention to quality and taste.
Plan and develop weekly menus based on dietary requirements and preferences, ensuring variety and balance.
Manage and lead a kitchen team of 10, providing guidance, training, and supervision to maintain high culinary standards and efficient service.
Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate supplies of food and kitchen materials while minimizing waste.
Implement cost control measures to achieve budget targets without compromising meal quality or portion sizes.
Standardize recipes to maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and nutrition for all meals prepared.
Estimate food costs and prepare cost reports to assist in budgeting and financial planning for kitchen operations.
Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen environment to maintain a clean and safe workspace.
Collaborate with household management or clients to accommodate special dietary needs, preferences, or restrictions.
Maintain excellent customer service within the household by addressing meal preferences, feedback, and timely food service.
Continuously improve culinary skills and stay updated with new cooking trends and techniques applicable to the cuisines served.
Coordinate kitchen workflow to optimize efficiency and reduce delays during meal preparations.
