AI Gym Tutor

BA Communication Services is seeking an experienced AI Gym Tutor with a strong foundation in physical training, kinesiology, or sports science to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between exercise science and artificial intelligence by training our AI models to accurately understand and provide feedback on human movement and workout execution. This role requires an individual who is tech-savvy and passionate about leveraging AI to revolutionize fitness coaching. You will be responsible for demonstrating and breaking down correct exercise forms across strength, cardio, and functional training disciplines, while managing a small team of two persons to achieve project goals efficiently. In this position, you will work closely with developers and data scientists to annotate and label video data that enhances AI posture and movement tracking technology. Your expertise will guide the creation of diverse datasets suitable for multiple fitness levels, ensuring that our AI-powered fitness assessments are precise and user-centric. You will contribute to refining the apps real-time form correction capabilities and collaborate on the development of engaging workout and nutrition content. A background in digital coaching tools or AI fitness applications, combined with excellent communication skills, will enable you to effectively translate complex exercise mechanics into actionable data for machine learning models.
Responsibilities

Demonstrate proper exercise techniques across various modalities including strength training, cardiovascular workouts, and functional movements to provide clear guidance for AI learning.
Label and annotate extensive video datasets to train AI systems in real-time posture and movement recognition for enhanced accuracy in feedback.
Collaborate with software developers and AI engineers to refine algorithms that provide immediate and precise form corrections during workouts.
Develop and curate comprehensive workout and nutrition data to support AI models tailored to different fitness levels and goals.
Manage and mentor a small team of two, ensuring project milestones are met and quality standards are maintained in data collection and annotation processes.
Maintain compliance with health and safety standards within all fitness program designs and AI functionalities.
Utilize fitness assessment techniques such as muscular strength and endurance testing, body composition analysis, and functional performance metrics to enrich AI training data.
Implement user experience optimization strategies to enhance engagement and effectiveness of the AI-powered fitness application.
Analyze fitness data using advanced data analytics and visualization tools to identify trends and improve AI model performance.
Stay updated on the latest developments in AI fitness technology, kinesiology research, and digital coaching best practices to continuously innovate training methodologies.
