Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and providing detailed explanations promptly.
Collaborate proactively with the finance team to improve and streamline financial reporting processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
Prepare payroll and manage salary disbursements while maintaining confidential employee compensation records.
Lead and manage a team of accounting professionals, offering clear guidance, constructive feedback, and fostering continuous professional development.
