Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic IT plans that support the overall mission and objectives of B4A Education Pvt Ltd.
- Evaluate existing IT infrastructure and identify areas for enhancement to increase efficiency, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with various departments to align IT strategies with business needs and provide technological solutions to improve operations.
- Conduct detailed analysis of current IT systems and workflows to propose optimal technology adoption and upgrades.
- Monitor trends and advancements in the IT industry to ensure the company leverages innovative solutions.
- Advise on potential risks related to IT projects and develop mitigation plans to manage those risks effectively.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in implementing IT policies and procedures.
- Work independently to manage IT projects from concept through to implementation and review.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management to communicate IT strategy progress and outcomes.
- Support end-users by providing expert advice related to IT systems and tools.
