Responsibilities
- Recruiting, onboarding, and managing affiliate partners in Bangladesh
- Building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with key partners
- Monitoring performance and optimizing campaigns to maximize FTDs and ROI
- Identifying new traffic sources and scaling high-performing affiliates
- Negotiating deals (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid) based on partner performance
- Collaborating with internal teams (product, CRM, BI) to improve conversion and retention
