We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Audit Officer to join our hospital's internal audit team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and conducting audits, risk assessments, and control evaluations to ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and conduct comprehensive audits, risk assessments, and control evaluations
- Identify and report on audit findings, recommendations, and action plans
- Develop and implement audit programs, procedures, and protocols
- Collaborate with hospital departments to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Provide training and guidance to junior audit staff
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospital stakeholders, including management, staff, and external auditor
