The position of Director Nursing exists to contribute to organizational effectiveness by ensuring the quality of services to meet the objectives and is responsible for the administration and management of nursing department of the hospital. The position holder establishes comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care standards, and develops and coordinates educational activities in the department. The incumbent is also responsible for the planning, implementation and control of the hospital budget for nursing.
Qualification:
- MSC Nursing from any foreign or National recognized reputable institution.
- Minimum 10 years of Post-MSCN Clinical Experience with at least past 05 years in a leading role in any reputable multi-specialty hospital.
