- Operate, monitor, and maintain the pellet machine production line to ensure optimum performance and productivity.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on the equipment to minimize downtime and maximize output.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical, electrical, or other issues that may arise during production.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, equipment maintenance, and inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times.
- Train and supervise other production staff as required.
- Continuously seek ways to improve production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and perform other duties as assigned by the production manager.
