Key Responsibilities:

Handle outbound calls for Medicare, Medical Alert, Final Expense (FE), and ACA campaigns.
Close deals effectively or verify sales while ensuring compliance with campaign requirements.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of professionalism.
Achieve and exceed set sales and verification targets.
Document client interactions accurately in the CRM system.

Availability: Night shift is mandatory (6 PM - 4 AM).
