You will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and authenticity of customer information. You will work directly with clients to verify and validate essential details, ensuring the integrity of our services. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct verification calls to confirm client details and data accuracy.
  • Verify and validate customer information, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of all verifications and interactions in the CRM.
  • Follow up on pending verifications and resolve any inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Meet or exceed verification targets to contribute to team success.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 6 months in customer service, verification, or a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and data accuracy.
  • Mindset: Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software or similar platforms is a plus.
