We are looking for a dedicated Product Support Specialist to provide exceptional assistance to our clients. The role involves guiding users through technical issues, answering questions about our products, and ensuring that every client interaction reflects Axxon’s commitment to excellent service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide product support and technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot product-related issues to ensure swift resolution.
  • Guide clients through product features and functions, improving their overall experience.
  • Keep accurate records of interactions, inquiries, and solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely support and share client feedback.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a support or customer service role (minimum 6 months preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with technical products or software support is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts (7 PM - 4 AM).
