We are seeking a Customer Sales Specialist for our Med Alert campaigns. You will engage with clients to provide exceptional sales and support services, ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering effective solutions in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Handle outbound calls for medical alert campaigns, offering accurate product information and addressing customer queries effectively.
  • Sales Focus: Achieve sales targets through consultative selling and maintaining a client-centered approach.
  • Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns regarding medical alert systems, ensuring timely solutions.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities.
  • Data Management: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system for quality assurance.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with team members to improve overall sales performance and service quality.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional qualifications or certifications in customer service or sales are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, preferably in a BPO environment.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
  • Strong sales acumen and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills.
