Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with potential clients via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Present products and services professionally and persuasively.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs consistently.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with customers to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and increase closing rates.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Target-driven with a passion for sales and meeting objectives.
  • Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: 60,000 - 100,000 PKR/month
  • Incentives: Earn up to 500,000 PKR per month in bonuses
