Salary Range: 45,000 - 75,000 PKR (based on experience and performance bonuses)

Axxon BPO is hiring Client Service Agents to provide exceptional support and service to our clients. This role requires individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for client interaction. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to solving client inquiries and providing a smooth customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain updated client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide information and guidance on our products and services.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance the client experience.

Qualifications:

  • 6 months of call center or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications.
