Awaz Feed Mills is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with at least three years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering and managing data accurately, maintaining records and databases, and preparing routine reports. This role requires a strong typing speed, excellent data accuracy, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other data entry or spreadsheet software. The position does not involve managing a team but demands independent working capabilities and keen attention to detail.
The successful candidate will hold an intermediate or bachelor's degree and possess solid knowledge of MS Office applications. They must demonstrate the ability to handle data with precision, ensure timely updates of various information systems, and support the companys data-driven decision-making processes. The Data Entry Operator plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity and organization of Awaz Feed Mills databases and supporting smooth business operations through accurate data management.
Responsibilities
- Enter data accurately into designated data entry software and spreadsheet applications within specified time frames.
- Maintain, update, and verify the accuracy of records and databases regularly to ensure data integrity.
- Prepare and generate routine reports from entered data for review by management.
- Review data for errors, duplications, or inconsistencies and make necessary corrections or flag issues as needed.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems for easy retrieval and reference.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather required information and clarify data details when necessary.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all data in compliance with company policies.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and relevant data management tools to sort, filter, and analyze data when required.
- Continuously improve data entry processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Support the team by responding promptly to requests for data and reports.
- Adhere to company guidelines and deadlines to maintain operational workflow.
