Cashier

As a Cashier at Awan Brothers Electronics, you play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting the overall retail operations. You will be responsible for processing sales, returns, and exchanges, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues as needed. Additionally, managing a team of 10 persons requires strong leadership skills to train, supervise, and motivate staff to maintain high standards of cash handling and store policies. This position demands attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities

Process customer transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and electronic payments.
Manage the daily cash register operations, ensuring cash balances are reconciled at the end of each shift.
Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
Supervise, train, and manage a team of 10 cashiers and front-end staff to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with store policies.
Maintain accurate records of sales, refunds, and exchanges, and report any discrepancies to management.
Assist in the opening and closing procedures of the registers, including cash drawer preparations and deposits.
Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures to prevent theft and fraud.
Support promotions, special sales, and store events by promptly handling transactions and assisting customers.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and operational flow.
Provide feedback and performance evaluations for team members to encourage professional growth and accountability.
