Avion Travels is seeking a dedicated Umrah Operator to manage and coordinate all aspects of Umrah travel services. In this role, the Umrah Operator must coordinate group travel arrangements while maintaining clear communication and smooth operations. Although this position does not involve managing a team, it requires the ability to handle multiple clients and vendors simultaneously with precision and care. The ideal candidate brings a balance of organizational skills, customer-centric consulting, and financial acumen to deliver comprehensive Umrah travel packages that meet both client needs and company standards.
Responsibilities

Develop and prepare detailed travel itineraries tailored to clients Umrah requirements.
Manage and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and professional consultancy.
Coordinate group travel logistics, ensuring seamless arrangements for accommodations, transportation, and religious site visits.
Control costs by negotiating with service providers and optimizing package pricing to maximize client value and company profitability.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the planning and execution of Umrah trips with timely and appropriate solutions.
Provide in-depth package costing analysis and consultancy to assist clients in selecting the most suitable options.
Collaborate with suppliers, hotels, and transport providers to confirm bookings and secure competitive rates.
Ensure all documentation and regulatory requirements for Umrah travel are up to date and properly managed.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client interactions in compliance with company policies.
Stay updated with changes in travel regulations and industry trends to provide informed advice to clients.
