Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and credit control.
- Maintain up-to-date records of agreements and received invoices.
- Ensure the timely recording of revenue (invoices) and bank receipts.
- Coordinate with customers to update and verify financial records.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of sales tax.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
- Keep abreast of relevant accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.
Requirement:
- Bachelors degree
- Proven experience in accounts receivable, invoicing, and collections.
- Basic knowledge of the Sales Tax Act.
- Knowledge of withholding rules.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
