We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Social Media and Sales Team Member. This role combines the creative aspects of social media management with the strategic focus of driving sales and revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing social media campaigns, engaging with our audience, and converting leads into sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp) 

  • Create compelling content, including posts, videos, and graphics, that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.

  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly to inquiries and feedback.

  • Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content performance and inform future strategies.

Sales Support:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and drive revenue growth through social media channels.

  • Identify and engage with potential customers through social media platforms, building relationships and nurturing leads through the sales funnel.

  • Provide product information, answer questions, and address concerns to assist potential customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

  • Track and report on sales leads generated through social media efforts, and work towards meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Content Creation:

  • Produce high-quality written and visual content for social media posts, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather content assets, such as product images, testimonials, and user-generated content, to use in social media marketing efforts.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and sales techniques, and incorporate new ideas and technologies into our strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in social media management, with a strong understanding of various platforms and their respective audiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and generate leads through social media channels.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for producing engaging content.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using social media analytics tools to track performance metrics.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.

  • Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
