We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Social Media and Sales Team Member. This role combines the creative aspects of social media management with the strategic focus of driving sales and revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing social media campaigns, engaging with our audience, and converting leads into sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp)
Create compelling content, including posts, videos, and graphics, that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly to inquiries and feedback.
Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content performance and inform future strategies.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and drive revenue growth through social media channels.
Identify and engage with potential customers through social media platforms, building relationships and nurturing leads through the sales funnel.
Provide product information, answer questions, and address concerns to assist potential customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Track and report on sales leads generated through social media efforts, and work towards meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Content Creation:
Produce high-quality written and visual content for social media posts, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather content assets, such as product images, testimonials, and user-generated content, to use in social media marketing efforts.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and sales techniques, and incorporate new ideas and technologies into our strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media management, with a strong understanding of various platforms and their respective audiences.
Demonstrated ability to drive sales and generate leads through social media channels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for producing engaging content.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using social media analytics tools to track performance metrics.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
