Verifier

Automate BPO is seeking a detail-oriented Verifier to join our team. The ideal candidate possesses strong skills in data verification, quality assurance, compliance monitoring, and risk assessment, with a minimum of three years of relevant experience. This role requires excellent communication abilities in English and Urdu, along with proficiency in basic computer operations such as MS Office and internet navigation. The Verifier will accurately verify customer information, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards. A professional attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to work night shifts are essential for success in this position. The Verifier role involves meticulous attention to detail and responsibility for validating data to maintain high standards of quality and compliance. The candidate should have a foundational background in verification or related customer service environments, with demonstrated ability to assess risks and ensure data accuracy. As this position does not involve team management, the focus remains on individual accountability and consistent performance in data validation tasks to support business operations effectively.
Responsibilities

Conduct thorough verification and validation of customer data and information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Perform quality assurance checks to maintain compliance with internal and external regulations and standards.
Monitor compliance processes and identify any discrepancies or risks in data handling procedures.
Assess risks related to verification activities and report findings promptly to management.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve data inconsistencies and improve verification processes.
Maintain detailed records of verification activities and outcomes for audit and reporting purposes.
Communicate clearly with customers in English and Urdu to verify and clarify required information.
Utilize computer systems, MS Office, and the internet efficiently to manage verification workflow.
Adhere to company policies, data security protocols, and ethical standards in all verification tasks.
Work flexible hours, including night shifts, to meet operational requirements and service levels.
