Education :

B.com, BSc, BBA, M.Com, or 2 years associate degree or any other relevant degree.

(Must be a graduate)

Requirements & Skills: 

  • Well groomed & confident personality
  • Excellent communication skills including English 
  • MS Office (Excel, word)
  • Computer literate
  • Proactive personality

Experience : 

Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital or clinic environment is highly desirable

Responsibilities: 

  • Greeting & welcoming patients and their families
  • Dealing with inquiries, complaints and emergencies
  • Undertaking administrative & operational tasks in relation to the clinic
  • Keeping customer, statistical and financial records
  • Coordination with doctors in terms of setting appointments, consultations, follow up calls and reminder calls
  • Cash handling
