Requirements
- Excellent spoken English with a fluent and professional communication style.
- Strong verbal communication, listening, and customer handling skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Verifier on US campaigns.
- Previous experience in one or more of the following campaigns:
- Final Expense
- Auto Insurance
- Medicare
- ACA
- DME
- Experience in cold calling and handling US customers professionally.
- Strong attention to detail, patience, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer skills and experience using CRM systems.
- Ability to work night shifts according to US business hours.
Responsibilities
- Verify customer information and leads for US-based campaigns with accuracy and professionalism.
- Conduct outbound verification calls while maintaining a courteous and customer-focused approach.
