As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the product vision for our online platform. You need to deeply understand user needs and market trends, gather feedback, and transform it into product features and improvements. You will manage the product roadmap to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality product updates while working efficiently under pressure and, if necessary, putting in extra hours to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities:  

  • Define product requirements and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with market and user needs.  
  • Conduct market research and user needs analysis to support product innovation and optimization.  
  • Design website and app interfaces, ensuring consistent and optimized user experiences.  
  • Communicate with users to gather feedback and translate it into actionable product features.  
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (including technical, design, and marketing) to achieve product goals.  
  • Monitor product performance, analyze data, and continuously optimize user experiences.  
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders, including internal teams and external clients.  

Requirements:  

Education:  

Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Finance-related fields such as Financial Management, Accounting, or Finance, or in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management, Marketing, or Business Administration.  

Work Experience:  

  • At least 3 years of product management experience; experience with online marketplaces, SaaS, or AI products is preferred.  
  • Preference will be given to candidates with Australian living experience, tax knowledge, or relevant expertise.  

Skills:  

  • Proficiency in agile development methods and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).  
  • Strong insight into user and market needs, with the ability to identify potential opportunities.  
  • Proficiency in designing website and app interfaces, with familiarity in user experience design principles.  
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills, capable of coordinating multiple functional teams effectively.  
  • Experience in financial or tax software product management is preferred.  
  • Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing), with the ability to communicate seamlessly with international teams or clients.  

Work Attitude:  

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and willingness to work overtime when necessary to ensure projects are completed on time and with high quality.
