- Lead and manage housing society development projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure project alignment with legal, environmental, and safety standards.
- Develop project timelines, resource plans, and budgets, ensuring adherence to financial and operational goals.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective measures to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and communication with stakeholders, including investors, clients, and internal teams.
- Manage project teams and subcontractors, ensuring work quality and compliance with project specifications.
- Regular site inspections should be conducted to monitor progress and resolve any issues on the ground.
- Handle procurement of materials and negotiate with vendors for best prices and quality.
- Ensure timely handover of completed projects to clients, with all necessary paperwork and regulatory approvals in place.
