This is not a sales position. As an Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility is to schedule appointments between potential clients and our sales team. You will not be asked to make sales, close deals, or persuade individuals to purchase products or services. Instead, your role focuses on managing and organizing appointments, ensuring that our team can connect with qualified leads at convenient times.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct calls to a targeted list of potential clients
  • Introduce our digital marketing services
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our services
  • Schedule appointments for the BDMs
  • Maintain accurate records of calls made, appointments scheduled, and follow-up activities
  • Collaborate with the BDMs to provide feedback on lead quality
