You will be responsible for overseeing office administration and coordinating recruitment processes, particularly focusing on scheduling and managing interviews for our international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the office.
- Coordinate and schedule individual interviews with candidates for international job placements.
- Maintain an organized filing system for candidate profiles and recruitment-related documentation.
- Assist in the hiring process by ensuring all necessary interviews and follow-ups are conducted in a timely manner.
- Handle office communications, including emails and phone calls, ensuring professional and prompt responses.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure seamless operations.
Provide administrative support to senior management as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office administration or management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- 2-3 Prior experience in recruitment or human resources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
