Responsibilities
- Manage accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and company policies.
- Prepare and ensure compliance with tax filings and other regulatory requirements.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to maintain proper cash flow.
- Maintain up-to-date bookkeeping records and financial documentation using QuickBooks and other relevant accounting software.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities by preparing reconciliations and supporting schedules.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather financial data and resolve discrepancies.
- Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis efforts.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to accounting principles, policies, and standards within the organization.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of financial information and sensitive data.
- Continuously seek process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
