Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure timely completion.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations.
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective practices.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
