We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals for the positions of Telesales Representative (TSR) and Customer Service Representative (CSR). The ideal candidates will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional sales and customer service support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with potential and existing customers via telephone to promote our products/services.
• Achieve a minimum target of 3 active sales per month.
• Earn a commission of PKR 4,000 per sale starting from the 4th sale in a month.
• Provide high-quality customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Understand customer requirements and tailor pitches accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree.
• Excellent spoken English is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and influence others.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work in the specified shift timing (5 PM to 2 AM Pakistani Time).
• Candidates not proficient in English are discouraged from applying.
