Astral Global is seeking a dedicated Marketing Operator with hands-on experience in international account execution, particularly within BPO, Amazon/e-commerce virtual assistance, or agency production environments. The ideal candidate brings 1 to 3 years of experience working under documented processes with a clear understanding of campaign management, digital advertising, and SEO. This role emphasizes leveraging artificial intelligence tools daily and actively seeking to broaden skills across various platforms, including Meta and Google Ads. Strong written English skills are essential as much of the work is asynchronous and involves specification writing and detailed reports. While spoken English proficiency is helpful for weekly calls, the primary focus lies in clear, effective communication through detailed documentation. Reliability in internet connectivity and consistent work delivery form the backbone of operational excellence for this remote contract position. The role requires self-motivated execution within defined quality standards and timelines, offering flexibility and autonomy as proficiency and consistency grow. Initially, availability during the Pakistan time zone from 12:00 to 20:00 is necessary to support project onboarding and early-stage collaboration. Over time, proven solo delivery will allow for flexible scheduling, sustaining one weekly alignment meeting with asynchronous work otherwise. Candidates must maintain appropriate tax documentation and payment mechanisms to ensure compliance and smooth contract engagements. This position does not involve team management but focuses on individual contribution toward the success of AI-assisted marketing delivery and campaign optimization efforts.
Responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns on international accounts by following established documented processes to ensure consistency and quality.
• Manage and optimize digital advertising efforts on platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads to enhance campaign performance and deliver measurable results.
• Utilize AI-powered marketing tools daily to improve campaign targeting, efficiency, and creative production workflows.
• Conduct data analytics and performance tracking using tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to evaluate marketing effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
• Implement multichannel marketing strategies, ensuring cohesive messaging and performance across various digital platforms.
• Perform A/B testing to assess creative and messaging effectiveness, using insights to refine campaigns and increase conversion rates.
• Leverage campaign management platforms and marketing automation tools for streamlined execution and reporting.
• Apply conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to enhance user experience and drive higher engagement and sales.
• Prepare clear, concise, and detailed written specification documents and performance reports to support asynchronous collaboration and decision-making.
• Maintain reliable and secure internet connectivity with contingency plans to prevent downtime during critical campaign periods.
• Demonstrate self-structure by managing a full workload within an 8-hour workday, meeting minimum performance standards, and consistently delivering high-quality work.
• Engage in weekly video or conference calls to coordinate progress, discuss challenges, and align on project goals and expectations.
• Comply with contractual and payment requirements, including maintaining a Payoneer account and providing necessary tax residency and identification documentation prior to receiving payments.
