Production Officer

You responsible for executing professional TV reporting duties, including videography, video editing, footage management, and archiving. The role involves daily news reporting, coordination with various stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality media products within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities Videography & Reporting

Capture footage for stories, reports, interviews, voxpops, live events, and other business requirements.
Cover potential events daily and manage all technical aspects of video recording.
Report daily news bulletins and create feature stories as required.

Video Editing & Archiving

Edit all video and voice materials according to provided instructions.
Organize and maintain an efficient archiving system for all footage and materials.

Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with personalities, officials, news agencies, government bodies, and other institutions as per business requirements.
Provide rushes or packages when required, ensuring timely delivery.

Equipment & Technical Oversight

Maintain and ensure the proper use and care of all provided equipment.
Replace or repair any damaged equipment, if required, to maintain operational efficiency.

Business Development & Strategy

Search for and suggest proposals for news and feature stories daily.
Plan and recommend strategies to support business development initiatives.

Reporting & Documentation

Provide weekly reports detailing executed tasks, milestones, and goals achieved.
Ensure timely submission of high-quality, error-free materials to meet client requirements.

Work Hours

Standard: 8 hours daily, 5 days a week.
Additional: May work up to 7 days weekly; equivalent time off will be granted, subject to operational needs.

Required Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in videography, video editing, and footage management.
Strong organizational skills for archiving and coordination.
Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Familiarity with equipments.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Leave: 14 days per year.
Sick Leave: 7 days per year.
Breaks: 40-minute break per working day, subject to employer approval.
