Associated Technologies Private Limited is seeking a diligent Storekeeper to manage and oversee inventory and stock control processes within the organization. The Storekeeper ensures accurate receipt, inspection, and record-keeping of incoming materials while maintaining well-organized storage areas that comply with company policies and safety procedures. This role requires an individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently to maintain proper documentation and contribute to smooth warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, a fundamental understanding of inventory management, and proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office. The Storekeeper plays a critical role in monitoring stock levels, conducting physical inventory counts, and coordinating with other teams such as procurement and warehouse to support the overall efficiency of the supply chain. This position does not involve managing a team, but requires high levels of responsibility and honesty to ensure accurate stock records and timely reporting essential for operational success.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.
Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
Issue materials as per approved requisitions.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
Maintain proper storage and housekeeping of the store.
Conduct periodic physical stock counts and reconciliations.
Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports.
Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams.
Ensure proper documentation of all store transactions.
Follow company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

Intermediate (FA/FSc/ICS/I.Com) or equivalent qualification.
2–3 years of relevant experience as a Storekeeper or in warehouse operations.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Honest, responsible, and able to work independently.
